Ever since I moved to Vegas I kept going to different places to get my pedi done since I do have certain expectations. Once I heard about Desert I decided to give it a try and instantly fell in love! They are sweet, clean, professional and give you get an amazing experience and tons of options. Even though the shop is a drive for me it is so worth it. Teresa and Alexis are my go to girls and I will continue to come to my happy place. 😊

Okay. So this place is above and beyond what one would expect from a nail salon. From the greeting at the door to the personalized care for your pedicure, you will feel pampered! Julia was super attentive. She was in tune to my comfort. It was clear that her goal was to ensure that I would feel pampered and satisfied. This is not a "fast food" pedicure. Pure "Michelin Star" pedicure. Make your appointment with Julia or any of the skilled technicians at the Desert Beauty Lab!

In November, me and 6 of my friends were all trying to book here for mani/pedis. I’m not sure what happened, but one of my friends wasn’t added into the services and when we realized there wasn’t any appointments available until that afternoon. We all had to cancel our appointments, but luckily this other salon called The Nest was able to accommodate all of us! We lucked out because it was only within a 24 hour notice I thought they’d be booked out. After that I became a client of The Nest, but they are closed Sunday’s. So, me and my friend from that previous event really wanted our nails done, and we had been wanting to try this place since November because it’s all over TikTok! Luckily we were able to get in. Unfortunately it was a bit of a drive cause I live in Anthem, but I was still so excited to check this place out. When I got there was a homeless person walking around the parking lot (I thought this place was a good part of town, but I’m never near this location so I guess I was wrong) and it was a shopping center across from a dirt lot… The receptionist was nice, but the nail tech doing my nails made some unnecessary comments. I didn’t think much of it, some people just don’t have good customer service, but then my friend mentioned it once we had left. We laughed it off. Another reason, the most important reason: the quality of the service was just not there. I paid $20 extra for gel nails, and when they were curing I didn’t pay attention and didn’t put my thumb all the way into the UV lamp which left my thumb uncured and the gel smudged. She noticed it because she stopped applying the top coat and said “oh your thumb didn’t cure” she had me cure it smudged, didn’t bother to fix it and left it that way. Then she did the polish change on my toes, which came out super cute! But I was charged a gel removal fee… I’ve never been to a salon that charges to remove my polish nor my gel polish when I’m paying to get them painted again. Only removing the polish? That’s a different story, but I paid the fee just thought it was rather odd… Anyway, I wouldn’t come back here, and I really wanted to like it because it’s all over the internet. The location is not the best, the customer service was not up to standards, and the service itself wasn’t great either. 1. Location (when I left there was a different homeless person loitering around the front looking inside the salon) 2. Customer service was not good (and while I was willing to tolerate it throughout my session, I wouldn’t want to put up with it when I’m paying to get a service done) 3. It seems like any other chop shop that doesn’t care about the quality of the service, and just wants the $$$

I made an appointment online and came in at 5PM. I booked an meditation pedicure after wanting to try a luxury pedicure. It was the best experience ever! I found this place through TikTok and thought why not try it, it looked relaxing, reviews looked good, why not. Alexis did my pedicure and she is the best!! Highly recommend her! I came in blindly to the meditation pedicure besides knowing the meditation music and the eye mask. But wow! Treat yourself to this place! I'm definitely coming back for my birthday. Already telling my family about this place if they decided to visit 🤣

Went in (as a walk in) to get a mani pedi before our Army School graduation and the place was completely empty. The representative said we are appointment only and asked if we were locals and we said “no we are here for 2 days” he then proceeded with well have a good rest of your day. Maybe 3 people in the entire place and he didn’t suggest a return time for potential appointments. I definitely will recommend a scratch off of this place off the list for females graduating ALC trying to stay within grooming standards.

Visiting from Idaho and found this place through a Vegas tik tok blog. Took about 20 minutes to get there from the strip but 100/100 would recommend. I got the mindful pedicure,my husband got the bourbon pedicure from the gentleman's menu and they were the best pedicures we have ever had. I'm also 7 months pregnant and the chairs we SO comfy!
